Aloha and Welcome to Happie Happie Joie Joie Creations where

 

"We Create Happiness in Every Bite"


My name is Jocelyn Kanaele, myself and my Pastry Team together can customize any dessert to your specifications.  


We learned from a lot of talented Pastry Chefs for over 20 years and also worked for well known hotels and resorts on Maui and Oahu, such as the Four Seasons Resort Wailea, Westin KOR, Halekulani, 
Four Seasons Ko'olina and Roys in Hawaii Kai.  We also have the pleasure to work for Celebrity Chef Beverly Gannon, Chef and Owner of Hali'imaile Restaurant and Gannons.  


Our name, Happie Happie Joie Joie was created to inspire and create homemade pastries for anyone's special event.  We strive to collaborate with our special needs community to give them a chance
at displaying their talented abilities by teaching, creating, and showing the community that they can accomplish anything.  


We are excited to share our creations with you, so be "Happie" and share the "Joie" with your Ohana!!

Jocelyn Kanaele is a professional Pastry Chef born and raised in Haiku, Maui. She began her career in 1992 working at Four Seasons Hotel in Wailea until 2001. She also worked for local bakeries on Maui, moved to Oahu worked for Roy’s in Hawaii Kai, Halekulani and then returned to Four Seasons in Ko’olina.

She specializes in all occasion cakes from weddings, anniversaries to birthdays and also graduation. Preparing small delectable bite-sized treats, chocolate candies and confections, and many local favorites to include cream puffs, butter mochi, poi mochi, homemade malasadas just to name a few. She can also customize any dessert or cake to your preference.
